How to register for PD Frontline

1. Click ‘Sign up’ to register an account
2. Add your personal details
3. Verify your email
4. Consent to the study on your profile
5. Complete the Question Banks
6. If eligible, you will then be sent a sample collection kit

Registration Guidance

Completing the saliva collection kit

Follow the instructions enclosed in your kit.
Do not eat, drink, smoke, chew gum, or brush your teeth for 30 minutes before giving your saliva sample.
Do not tip out the stabilising fluid in the tube. 

1. Remove the cap from the tube and keep the cap for later use. Screw the collection funnel on to the tube.
2. Spit into the funnel until the level of liquid in the tube, not including bubbles, reaches the 4ml line.
3. Unscrew the funnel from the tube. Use the cap to close the tube tightly.
4. Shake the capped tube for 5 seconds to mix with stabilising fluid. Discard or recycle the funnel.
5. Open the small biohazard bag and place the absorbent sheet and specimen tube inside. Roll this up and place back in the plastic box. Place this in the FreePost envelope.

How to access my genetic testing results

You will be emailed by our server when your genetic sequencing results are available.

1. Log in to your PD Frontline account
2. Click on the My Study button. From the dropdown list, select ‘My Results’
3. You can view the PDF documents of your results here
