For ASPro-PD Sites

We distribute a monthly list of candidates for ASPro-PD that have met preliminary criteria for a referral and have given consent for their information to be shared with an NHS site for discussions about Parkinson's clinical trials. You may contact anyone on this list.

If you need any help with genetic reports for ASPro-PD or have a general enquiry, please contact our mailbox for a copy of the report via pdfrontline@ucl.ac.uk

For EJS ACT-PD Sites

We process the samples for the genetic sub-study of EJS ACT-PD. Please collect a 1ml EDTA sample and return using the materials provided by the EJS ACT-PD team, alongside the consent form and return form below. This allows us to check against existing participants of PD Frontline and share the genetic results with the EJS ACT-PD trial team.

Participants will need to register to PD Frontline in order for us to process their sample and advise our team their preferences with receiving their genetic results. Many trial sites ask their candidates to register to PD Frontline in advance of the baseline visit. Our registration guidance below can be used to support this approach.

PD Frontline Registration Guidance v3.0

We carry out a quarterly audit to ensure we have all expected samples and forms, and confirm participants are registered. The consent and return forms to be completed with the sample are available here:
